Womens viagra: A guide to pleasure and satisfaction?

Is there really a womens viagra? How does it work, is it effective, and how can I get it?

What has been described as womens viagra comes in several forms. In most cases, womens viagra may be in the form of a cream applied topically to the genital area, or may be ingested orally through taking a capsule to produce the effect of increasing desire and sexual response. Some of the more popular womens viagra products on the internet are Eden, produced by Herbal Healthline, which is in the pill form, JO Sexual Stimulant Gel, Vigorelle and Her Turn, which are all topical gels or creams.

While it is undisputable that women’s sexual response is much more complex than men’s, the newer womens viagra products seem to be addressing some of the issues associated with inhibited sexual arousal and orgasm. Research continues on the use of viagra for woman, but as of yet is still inconclusive and has not been approved by the FDA for prescription to women as of this time. However according to Pfizer, the drugs manufacturer, viagra has been prescribed for some 150,000 women, and works for both men and women in the same way, by increasing the blood flow to the genitals. Women need this blood flow, just as men do in order to achieve sexual arousal. Laura Berman, director the Berman Center and professor of OB-GYN and psychiatry at Northwestern University in Chicago, discussed her preliminary research findings on viagra and stated: “In terms of ability to achieve orgasm, there was a statistically significant movement“. On ABC News’ Good Morning America she concluded: “It increases blood flow to the genital area, increases the sensation of warmth“.

While prescriptions of Viagra for women have not been approved by the FDA currently, women’s Viagra products seem to be based upon the same premise as the use of Viagra for men. It increases the level of blood flow to the genitals, leading to sexual arousal. While the womens viagra products will never be able to solve relationship problems or reduce the level of stress in a woman’s life which may lead to lack of interest, womens viagra has been found to increase the blood flow to the female genitals, creating a “warm and tingling” sensation that speeds arousal and encourages the female bodies’ natural lubrication. Difficulty or inability to reach orgasms in the past may have convinced many women that they just can’t have sexual pleasure, but womens viagra intensifies every touch and helps to bring many women to greater levels of sexual satisfaction than they have ever achieved.

Many of the more popular and most effective topical gels ( Jo Sexual Stimulant Gel, Vigorelle and Her Turn ) have L-arginine as a major component, which stimulates the clitoral tissue, resulting in increased blood flow and dilation of the blood vessels in the clitoral area, resulting in intense sexual arousal. There is some variability in chemical composition, but most of the more effective gels or creams seem to require L-arginine as a major component of the intense stimulative effect. You can click on each of these products above and review customer testimonials of their effectiveness. Also, each of these are much more cost effective than Viacreme, which has been on the market for some time and has has been featured on such shows as Oprah. Or, if you prefer sexual stimulation in a pill, you may try Eden
