healthy fat lossHere are simple healthy fat loss rules to drop weight and cut belly fat in weeks. It doesn't involve dieting, diet pills, or even going to the gym. You'll get a nice, steady 'burn' rate with this information.

1. Eat three apples a day as snacks. They are relatively high in fiber and water content. The fiber in them makes you feel full and the water content gives you added hydration and satiation. You almost cannot help but to lose weight if you follow this one tip.

2. You cannot spot reduce, for example, exercise to burn fat in the stomach area. When you lose weight, it's done throughout your entire body at one time. You cannot use extreme dieting or extreme exercising to target one area alone. When you lose weight, you burn fat distributed throughout you body.

 



3. Both white bread and refined pasta can damage your health and wreak havoc on your plans. Try wheat pasta or 'Barilla PLUS'. Both are fantastic, as well as good sources of fiber and protein. You are better off with a 'wheat' option, although the texture might take some getting used to.

4. For healthy fat loss, lose the extra water you are retaining. It is ironic, but in order to lose this water weight you need to drink more water. Plus, it is a good idea to eat lots of whole fruit that is high in water content, such as watermelons, apples, grapefruit, et cetera.

5. Maintaining your health means eating the right foods and eliminating eating large quantities of the bad. A little ice cream won't make you gain twenty pounds overnight, but go easy on food you crave. Next time the urge hits you, don't run on automatic. Give thought to planning your meals.
