4. Brown rice instead of white. Make this simply change and you will go
from a hazardous fat storing meal to a fat burning superfood. While white rice
will spike your insulin and make you gain weight, brown rice is efficiently
burned and helps keep your metabolism fast. It also contains lots of nutrients
that promote overall fitness.
